• No individual company statistics are disclosed to the staff of the EDA Consortium or any member of the MSS Committee.

• Each full quarterly MSS report (available to paying subscribers) lists which companies report into application segments without revealing the data of individual companies.

• A market segment is reported in the quarterly MSS report if four or more companies have submitted data for that segment

• If three companies have reported revenue for a segment, those companies must provide unanimous permission for the segment to be broken out separately.

Complimentary Executive Summary Offer Rules and Restrictions

1. Once you begin contributing to the quarterly reports, you will receive your first complimentary Executive Summary.

2. If you continue contributing quarterly, you will continue to receive the quarterly Executive Summary Reports.

3. Each MSS Executive Summary includes five years of revenue history on major product categories.

4. The information and data contained in the MSS reports are for your company's internal use only, and may not be distributed, transferred, leased, sold, rented, exchanged, or otherwise made available in any medium whatsoever to any third parties without he prior written consent of the EDA Consortium.

5. This offer applies to companies engaged in the manufacture and sale of products and/or services tracked by the MSS.
