Eligibility
for DAC & DATE Discounts
- The
10% DAC discount is on booth and suite space.
- The
6% DATE discount is on booth space.
- Your
company must pay for its annual EDA Consortium membership no later than September
30 in order to receive its DAC &/or DATE discounts for the following
year.
- If your company has not previously exhibited
at DAC & DATE, it may be able to receive the discounts when joining the Consortium

- The
discount is not automatic. EDA Consortium Members are responsible for asking DAC

Non-voting Associate
Members
Investment Banker
Banks and investment companies interested in following the EDA industry. Membership includes the quarterly MSS report, and entitles you to attend all member meetings, events, and receive
all correspondence.
Analysts
Companies engaged in the financial analysis of the EDA industry, other than investment bankers. Membership includes the quarterly MSS report, and entitles you to attend all member meetings and events, and receive
all correspondence.
IDM and Foundries
Electronic design companies design and/or manufacture semiconductor products. This includes companies with the facilities to manufacture their own designs and companies who manufacture semiconductor devices as a service (foundry) to other design companies. Membership includes the quarterly MSS report, and entitles you to attend all member meetings and events, receive

Fabless Electronic Design Companies
Electronic design companies that use EDA software and tools for the development of their final product. (Excludes EDA, SIP, and services companies who are eligible for voting membership.). Software Vendor to EDA Companies
Software companies involved in the design and sale of software products and tools commonly used by EDA companies. (Examples include anti-piracy software, licensing software, etc.) Membership includes the quarterly MSS report, and entitles you to attend all member meetings and events, receive
all correspondence, and participate in open committee meetings.
Individuals
Limited to individuals not representing a company eligible for voting or associate membership. Individual members do not receive the quarterly MSS report. Individual membership entitles you to attend all member meetings and events, receive

Information Market Statistics Service
(MSS)
The MSS provides subscribers with timely,
detailed reports on quarterly EDA and the EDA industry's semiconductor intellectual
property (SIP). Revenue data is published by application segments, geographic
region and platform. Reports are delivered approximately three months after the
end of each quarter. With data going back through 1996, MSS is considered "the"
source for quarterly EDA revenue data.
