Share Export Commodity Classifications
for Products (CCATS)
The EDA Consortium and its member companies
have decided that the sharing of export classifications for products (CCATS) among
member companies will promote uniformity of treatment among companies and greater
export compliance. Your company is invited to participate in this program. Participating
companies include:
Cadence Design Systems
Denali Software,
Inc.
Legend Design Technology, Inc.
Mentor Graphics Corporation
Novas
Software, Inc.
Synopsys, Inc. Participation is simple, here is all you
need to do: 1. Print the "CCATS
Sharing Agreement" and have it signed by your company's authorized representative,
then fax or mail the signed document to: Fax: 408-317-3322

Company CCATS.xls" file.
3. Edit the "your_company_CCATS.xls"
file to include your company's name, your contact information and current export
classification information. Email the completed file to
ccats08 at edac dot org
You
will be emailed the current combined list of CCATS information from all participating
companies. Once each quarter you will be asked for updates to your company's information.
The compiled CCATS.xls information will be updated and sent to all participants. Classification
information received from the EDA Consortium by your company shall be used solely
in connection with you company's own export activities with the governmental licensing
authorities and for no other purpose. Thank you for participating in this
