Nominations Due Wednesday, February 15, 2012

Voting member companies are entitled to nominate their CEO, President, or COO to serve on the Corporation's Board of Directors. (The CEO, President, or COO of a member company may nominate themselves for the EDAC Board). Nine of the nominees will be elected to serve a two-year term on the EDA Consortium Board.

Member company voters or designated voters may nominate only one individual. The nomination form must be received at the EDA Consortium office no later than 5:00 PM PST, on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. In addition, please have your candidate submit a candidate statement to the EDA Consortium by Friday, March 30, 2012. The candidate statements will be made available to the voters after May 11. In addition, each candidate will have the opportunity to create a one minute video (details forthcoming) which will be available on the EDAC web site after May 1.
