Nominations Due Tuesday, February 9, 2010

Voting member companies are entitled to nominate their CEO, President, or COO to serve on the Corporation's Board of Directors. Nine of the nominees will be elected to serve a two-year term on the EDA Consortium Board.

Member company voters or designated voters may nominate only one individual. The nomination form must be received at the EDA Consortium office no later than 5:00 PM PST, on Tuesday, February 9, 2010. In addition, please have your candidate submit a candidate statement to the EDA Consortium by Friday, February 26, 2010. The candidate statements will be made available to the voters after March 11. In addition, each candidate will have the opportunity to create a one minute video (details forthcoming) which will be available on the EDAC web site after March 11.
